They offer Setup Kits for the MT9510 Pick&Place Test Handler out of their production plant in Germany. Their portfolio is characterized by a wide range of device types & sizes (QFN, QFP, BGA, etc.).

With a temperature range from -55° C to +175° C they fulfill the market requirements. They offer contact site pitch designs as well as customized contact unit designs according to customer needs. Various design features protect against electrostatic discharge. Different vacuum suction cups are available for Pick & Place and Shuttle.
